Scott Welch, Founder, and President

Scott launched Consolidated Waste Services in 2003 with nothing more than a truck, a container, and himself. Utilizing the skills and knowledge he has developed over his 22 years of experience in the industry, CWS has since grown into the multi-million-dollar company it is today, providing service in seven counties in the North Carolina mountains.

Today he is in charge of the day-to-day business development activities aiming to further increase the capabilities, service area, and overall growth of CWS. Building his business upon the value of providing excellent service with economical cost savings is why CWS is the preferred choice for industrial and residential waste management services.

Morgan Alexander, Vice President

Morgan is an Appalachian State University alumnus and fell in love with the mountains while in college. After college, Morgan moved to Asheville, where she began her career at Consolidated Waste Services.

Morgan has brought a level of experience and leadership to Consolidated Waste Services that has been focused on developing and delivering business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Morgan and her husband, Brian, have two children, Welch & Essie. When Morgan is not working, you can find her at the lake with the family or shopping!

Jeff Wolfe, Operations Manager

With over 25 years' experience in the waste management industry, Jeff serves as the Operations Manager for Consolidated Waste Services. In this role, Jeff is responsible for planning and developing the daily routes for the fleet of CWS drivers and their trucks.

With his skills in logistics planning, Jeff is tasked with ensuring that all customers' needs are met during delivery and pickup. Jeff and his wife, Tina, have been married for over 35 years and have two children and four grandchildren.

Regina Rice, Billing Specialist

Regina has worked with Consolidated Waste Services as our billing specialist for several years.

She is married to her loving husband, David, and they have three children and six grandchildren.

When she is not working, Regina can be found working outside in her garden.

Rose McDonald, Scheduling Coordinator

Rose plays a very intricate part at Consolidated Waste Services, making sure that the schedule/routes are efficiently met and executed during our hours of operation.

Outside of CWS, Rose and her husband, Eric, stay extremely busy running to and from the ball field and trying to keep up with their six children ranging from the ages 2 to 18. When she does find a moment of time to herself, she loves a good book!

Markita Miller, Customer Service Specialist

Markita's calm and cheerful voice makes any day better with a phone call to CWS. Markita was born and raised in Durham, NC, and moved to Western North Carolina in 2001.

Markita has two loving children and two grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. She also enjoys playing with three adorable cats.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, John has been meeting the accounting needs of Consolidated Waste Services for numerous years.

When John isn’t busy crunching numbers, he and his wife of over 20 years are either at the ball field with their two sons or enjoying an adventurous vacation.
